… I’m not sure about this. As the declaration by the Council to allow WINTY to return to Vietnam has been passed with a high majority, I think the person who understands this matter best is Rhia’s father, Mr. Reginald. He has been living in Vietnam since the beginning of the conflict and knows better than anyone else. And I think it would be best to wait for Ms. Karol to return.
