Let’s start the diary with a famous saying " Patience is more important than Intelligence when investing"
When I was new to the stock market, I found it interesting but surprising. I did not attend any course for learning but myself.
Actually I did have much knowledge about the market but time going I studied gradually
I love above saying about the stock, that’s the patience and the intelligence. That’s hundred percents true
When we do the investing, we do not need intelligence, patience is more important, but with the good shares, good company which you are investing to
If you choose a bad shares of a bad company, then you are patient to await for it, you will “kill” yourself
The price of any share on a long time depends on the condition of the company.
the first days, i was so stupid when I thought that: The Price Increasing depends only in its value. That’s wrong, totally wrong
why? of course the price increases because of its value but that’s not enought. the one I want to mention here is Market Makers
They are the ones who make the market trend, they can interfere to the market and make the market become Up Trend Or Down Trend, as most of us undertand these words
That’s the things we need to pay attention if we don’t want to lose our money
the chart of any share code, and history of price are so important too, these help you to see what happpen before , what is happing before you make the decision for investment
Sometimes, among the “Red Colour Market”, you can see the some shares which are still in " purple colour"
why? that does not happen by chance, that’s not accidental
That’s done intentionally
With the plan which has been arranged and made long time (months, or weeks), then now it’s time for them to sell
so who are the owners of this plan, they are market makers
Let’s go back to say about the Patience and Intelligence and what I have challenged them
The first company that I choose was the one about the textile production.
For about 1 month, my account was up to 50 percents, I bought it by chance, I did not know anything or any information about it before buying
